Greenfield College was founded in 1963
by a group of educators who created a school
where young men and women could venture
into adulthood with confidence and individuality.
The piece of land they chose was located
in the midst of a forest of pine trees,
hence the name Greenfield College.
The school sought to nurture well-rounded
individuals, able-bodied and able-minded who
may feel that they always had an alternative.
That is still our aim today.
